WWI 118" Airco De Havilland DH-4 Wooden Airplane Propeller

This is an ANTIQUE AUTHENTIC WWI De Havilland ( Airco)  DH-4 Wooden Airplane Propeller...This is a VERY LARGE propeller measuring 9 feet 10 inches long and has copper metal leading edges...This propeller is marked on the hub as follows (as far as can make out)...Part Number 37593...A.S. No. 23-2849...Plane DH-4...Standing RPM 1420...Engine USA 12A...It has been refinished at some time in its life, but actually looks better in person than the photos show as it has a more even and glossy finish...The laminations have some separation , mainly on the back side (see close up) of one blade that someone filled when they refinished it, but the front is tight...The DH-4 was a 2 seat day time British Bomber and entered service in March of 1917 (see example photo)...If you are looking for mint condition this is not for you, but if you want a fairly rare and impressive Authentic WWI Wooden Airplane Propeller in decent condition this is it.
